Pensamiento Budista

Don't cling to anything and don't reject anything. Let come what comes, and accomodate yourself to that, whatever it is. If good mental images arise, that is fine. If bad mental images arise, that is fine, too. Look on all of it as equal, and make yourself comfortable with whatever happens. Don't fight with what you experience, just observe it all mindfully.

Palabras

De la sonrisa al dolor buscando una respuesta a una pregunta sin palabras ni voz. Compro tiempo para encontrar paz escuchar mi voz. Voz que genera ecos en el desierto sin saber si hay oidos que quieran escuchar. Voz que devela mi alma en un camino al cielo que aun no he podido encontrar. Voz que trae la calma y voz que destruye el equilibrio. Voz que desafía el norte y la razón y que construye un camino a no se donde.
Pero es una voz que no está sola, sino que se une a un coro inaudible. Una voz que con susurros mueve la tierra. Un coro angelical y tétrico a la vez, que busca la paz del mar y trae a la vida lsa peores pesadillas. Y es solo un canto, una voz, un sonido. El sonido del alma. Lo es todo a la vez y no es nada.

All that we are is the result of our thoughts; it is founded on our thoughts and made up of our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world. If you speak or act with a harmful thought, trouble will follow you as the wheel follows the ox that draws the cart.
